“Shut up and listen.” When you do, your inner guidance will deliver direction that is far more rewarding that what you can image for yourself.
Take at least 20 minutes each morning to “center yourself.” Shut out the chatter of your brain and still your mind; from this place you’ll find inspiration and peace.
