If you face a challenge here’s what you do:

If you face a big challenge in your life, here’s what you do:

1. Make a commitment to let go of fear of the future. It doesn’t have to be forever, that can be a tall order. Just do it for a week. You have to be stubborn. If fear arises simply say, "I’ll worry about this in a week."

2. Forget about your disappointments of the past. Don’t let those set expectations for how your life will turn out. Again, be stubborn, commit to this for a week.

3. Every day for a week, stay focused on the present instant. By stripping your mind of fear of the future and eliminating past judgments, you put yourself in a position to tap the power of the present moment.

Great men and women have used this present state of awareness to “summon” solutions to problems they wanted to solve.

People known for this practice include Albert Einstein, Nicola Tesla, Edgar Cayce, Steve Jobs, Oprah Winfrey, Plato. . . to mention just a few.

It is in this “zone” that creative thinking takes place. It is here where inspiration comes and the solutions to your problems become obvious . . . as long as you focus on finding the solution in the present moment, rather than worrying about the future, or being bogged down by the past.

Give it a go!
